Soft-Tech Consultants have customized a Service Ordering and Billing
application software system for Tanzania Telecommunications Company
Limited.
Prepaid Electric Billing
Soft-Tech Consultants together with Conlog of South Africa have
implemented a prepaid electric vending solution for Tanzania Electric
Supply Company Limited and are currently maintaining this mission
critical application.
Government Accounting
Soft-Tech Consultants have implemented a Enterprise Resource Planning
application package in the entire Government of Tanzania.
Value Added Tax Management
Soft-Tech Consultants together with Crown Agents of United Kingdom, have
implemented and are now providing support to Tanzania Revenue Authority
for their Value Added Tax Information Processing System. The system has
been in operation in Tanzania since the inception of VAT.
Donor Fund Management
Soft-Tech Consultants is currently developing a Project Management and
Budget Control database system for the European Union Delegation Office
in Tanzania to help manage the funds provided by European Union for the

Bureau De Change operations. The client used the package for 5 years and
then decided to stop using the package as they diversified into banking
