Course Title : Office Systems

The course is designed for those without a background in computers. It covers all the basic subjects (and packages) required for a first time user of computer systems in an office environment. This approach avoids the need to attend several individual courses thereby saving time and money.

Duration

Part Time : 2.5 hours per day for 10 weeks
Course Days : Monday - Friday

Objectives

  1. To provide participants with adequate knowledge of computing required to understand the functionality and operation of computer systems.
  2. Introduce and acquaint participants with the standard application packages used in an office environment.
  3. To provide adequate practical exposure in the use of the office systems.
